Section 2AA PlayOffs Final – Bloomington Jefferson vs. Edina Hornets
So I’m exciting to see how they turn out – I think they will be nice. I was shooting from a higher vantage point than at Braemar – but I’m not concerned about that. I used the 300mm 2.8 lens again – and also used the 1.4 teleconverter which got me to 420mm at f4 – and I was still able to get the lower ISO – that’s how much better the lighting was at Target Center – loved it!
I’ll be working away on these images for the next several day. I took 2,118 shots at this game – so I should end up with about 350-450 ‘keepers’ easily.
I also took shots at the first game, Eden Prairie against Minnetonka – so I’ll post those images also.

ORIGINAL POST: Tonight I’ll be at Target Center taking shots at the Edina Hornets vs. Bloomington Jefferson High School Hockey game. I think I’ll be there earlier enough to get some images from the Minnetonka vs. Eden Prairie game as well. Taking pictures in the Target Center will be fun as I know the lighting will be very good in there!
Check back for updates.
