Edina Hornets Varsity vs. Eden Prairie Eagles Varsity Boys Hockey
Last night I was at the Edina vs. Eden Prairie Boys Hockey game – both the Varsity and Junior Varsity games taking pictures. This was the first time I was able to use my brand new Nikon D3s digital camera at Braemar. It performed great as I expected and I was able to get slightly faster shutter speeds, much higher ISO numbers – as high as 12,800 – and still get nice clean images – this new camera is amazing!! The only downside to shooting this game was the all black uniforms of the Eden Prairie team – light sucking color – hard to see any detail in this arenas where the lighting can be on the poor side.
